  We lived in the renovated apartments for 8 months and were very disappointed, parking is a nightmare we were promised assigned parking that never happened, just stickers were changed that didn't really make a difference. We chose to move out due to having pigeon infestation in our attic that caused fungus in our ceiling, it caused us to have several health issues. We dealt with cockroaches, silverfish, and "pantry mites" while living there, the renovated apartments were cheaply done, the price is not worth it. Lived next to an individual who had serious mental issues as he at some point called 911 18 times in one week and had no real emergency, we had paramedics outside our door always, it was extremely uncomfortable for our children to watch, and on the other side there was about 6 individuals living in a studio. Maintenance was always prompt and professional but they were just fixing things that the contractors did not do correctly, or trying to fix something that required extensive work. The trash container was right outside our windows so if windows were open we got a horrible smell in our bedroom, or heard homeless go through the trash all during the night.
