- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Balboa Realty does not take care of their properties well. Balboa Realty is the main management of Villa K Apartments, and some other apartments and townhomes. Villa K Apartments are filled with roaches. And the bar b ques are delapidated in the two court yards. The shingle roofing on the apartment buildings are starting to come apart and are old. In my opinion all their apartments and townhomes they manage must be unkept like Villa K Apartments.By Karina Hernandez, August 17, 2017
