  I have not been with this bank very long however, the people I have Had dealings with have been very nice. Those who are having a difficult time with them take a moment and remind yourself that its a 2 way street. You want respect give respect. And if they won't refinance your auto loan go to a different bank to refinance. If you have had your loan long enough it has improved your credit and other banks will work with you, I recommend a credit Union bank to refinance

  I have been dealing with this bank since 2009 and as long as you keep in touch with them about your account they will help you out. I have only had 1 rude person since I got approved and of course it was handled. I would definitely do business with them again. Those who gave bad reviews.. it's a two way street not one!!!
