  This review is long overdue. My dad died May 2016, and Scipps Mercy sent his body over here, to Funeraria del Angel because their morgue was full. When he was dying at the hospital, I didn't get a chance to see him, to say goodbye. The manager, I forgot her name, was very kind and understanding, and she dealt with my grief, which I displayed in anger (I'm very sorry about that). She understood that I didn't have the money for a funeral, and my dad didn't have any life insurance. I kept yelling at her that I just want to say goodbye to my dad, and she explained I needed an appointment. Then I kept switching days on her, for when I was going to be there to see him (again, I'm very sorry about that), and she kept taking it all in stride. I was able to see my dad one last time, I said my goodbyes, before I had no choice but to donate him to UCSD medical science, but I very much appreciate the manager and the staff for dealing with my yelling, grief, and inconsistencies. They are very kind and understanding, very good people; we need more people like them in funeral homes!
